Coronavirus

If classes must be cancelled due to restrictions of coronavirus, all sessions will be provided online. We cannot arrange refunds in this situations. We will always endeavour to remain open for face to face classes however the health and safety of our customers is paramount.

Coronavirus requirements

You should arrive at your venue no more than 5 minutes before your class is due to start and socially distance at all times.

There is now 20 minutes between sessions he avoid congestion of class changeover. Please bare this in mind.

All parents and carers must wear a face covering when entering and exiting the venue. UPDATE - we now ask all parents to wear their face masks for the duration of the session.

Please DO NOT attend if you or a member of your household is showing symptoms of coronavirus.

Only 1 adult can attend per child.

Hands must be sanitised upon entry and exit of venue. You can use your own or use the sanitiser we provide.

Please arrive with only the essentials you need for your session. Where possible please leave buggy's or car seats in the car or outside the room of the session. Please do not bring food or snacks to consume in session.

Encourage toddlers to go to the toilet before coming to session. If you need to use the toilets in the venue please notify the member of staff so that cleaning can be carried out after use.

For babies, please bring your own blanket for additional comfort.

Payments

Your place is only secured once full payment has been received and you will be sent confirmation of booking.

Refunds and Cancellations

Tots Express is under no obligation to offer refunds if you are unable to attend any pre-booked classes. You can offer your space to a friend as a gift provided you inform the class leader. Where possible, you can attend another class within the same week of the missed class, pending availability, however this must be agreed with the class leader.

Regrettably we cannot offer discounts or refunds to cover your booked holidays due to the need to ensure continuity of service.

In the instance that a class venue cannot be used, we will endeavour, where possible, to reschedule your session. In this instance, Tots Express is not responsible for any travel expenses incurred. In the event of us having to cancel a session an additional class will be added to the end of your block.

Adverse Weather

Tots Express will always endeavour to run classes during bad weather, however, should we need to cancel a class due to safety concerns, parents will be notified. Please check the Tots Express Facebook page for updates. In this case, an additional class may be offered or an additional class will be added to the end of your block.

Illness

If your child or the accompanying adult has any serious illnesses or infections you must consult with your doctor before bringing them to class. We recommend that you do not bring your child to class if they have any kind of contagious illness including: sickness, diarrhoea, chicken pox, impetigo, conjunctivitis, hand, foot and mouth, an ear infection or bad cold. Please wait until your doctor has given you the all clear before returning to class. In the instance of sickness or diarrhoea, please ensure the child is symptom free for at least 48 hours before attending class.

Protection of Property

Please be aware that all property left in venues, entrance halls or outside is left at your own risk. Tots Express cannot be held responsible for the safety of these items.

Videos, photographs and confidentiality

While we love you taking photos of your children during the class we ask that you please be sensitive of taking pictures of others around you without their permission. If you are asked to stop, please do so. Continual filming is not permitted in class and if the class leader asks you to stop, please do so.

Health and Safety

All children must be supervised by their accompanying adult at all times. Parents/carers must take full responsibility of the children in their care for the complete duration of the class.
